From across the Atlantic...

In 1975, Margherita André, inspired by a Venezuelan experience, launched the first local estate agency in Jezus-Eik in order to help expatriates find their "Home Sweet Home", so that they can feel perfectly at home here.

In 1995, when she left for Italy, she put the business into the capable hands of her son, Christian André, and her daughter-in-law, Frédérique Le Berre. They have jointly turned the estate agency into a specialist in residential property for the south-east area of Brussels, covering Overijse, Hoeilaart, La Hulpe and Tervuren.

In 2015, the young and dynamic 3rd generation also joined the team.

With the support of professional multilingual staff, they assist and advise you on your property projects.
